The artist for 9mm Special Effects, Kevin Carter, has been designing theatrical and therapeutic contacts since 1994. He started the hand painted contact lens departments of both Adventure In Colors and Crystal Reflections/FXeyes before moving on to create his own company.  He has designed lenses for the Johns Hopkins Hospital, The Mayo Clinic, The Blair Witch Project 2: Book of Shadows, Lucas Films, Alice In Chains, Rob Zombie, Temple of Rain, Blues Traveler, Eminem, Coors Light, and the upcoming Pluto Nash.
